Joe Biden welcomes American Day by ringing the bells for win against the pandemic

The American Independence day was welcomed on July 4 by the current president of the United States Joe Biden and he welcomed it by acknowledging the success of American citizens over the dreaded coronavirus pandemic.

On Sunday, the US president called it a ‘heroic’ effort to vaccinate the American population and country’s Independence Day. “Today, all across this nation, we can say with confidence: America is coming back together,” Biden said as he started his speech from the White House’s South Lawn.

Biden was addressing a gathering of 1,000 people during the Independence day celebrations when he congratulated people for getting ‘independent’ of the virus while also emphasising that the danger is still not over and that people should not be casual in their approaches no matter what.

“Today, while the virus hasn’t been vanquished, we know this: It no longer controls our lives, it no longer paralyzes our nation and it’s within our power to make sure it never does so again,” said the president while also highlighting that those who did not get vaccinated still should be very careful and the battle has been extremely costly for the country.

Joe Biden has always been very vocal about getting vaccinated and understanding the importance of the vaccination campaigns while also getting aware of the precautions that one must take. Noting everything, Biden was visibly optimistic about the whole damage control that the democartic leaders led  which has made the US one of the strongest economies in the world.

According to data revealed by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June itself, more than 850,000 jobs were created, which is being speculated to be far more than the Trump era.

But of course, like every political speech, this party address was not limited to independence day as he followed the address with a visit to Michigan on Saturday expecting a political upper hand by forming democartic allies.

While addressing the allies, the democartc leader once again stressed on optimism for coronavirus and efforts made for job creation. “We’re seeing record job creation and record economic growth -- the best in four decades and, I might add, the best in the world,” he said.
