Hezbollah leader gives nod for the third shipment of fuel from Iran in Lebanon
An Iran-based militant group in Lebanon Hezbollah has agreed to receive the third shipment of fuel from Iran for its fuel-scrapped nation. Nasrallah confirmed in a televised interview that they have started loading the third vessel from Iran.
Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah added in the televised interview on Friday that a third vessel full of Iranian fuel will be delivered to Lebanon to ease down the crippling shortages of oil in the country. He also added that those who are doubting the intentions of Hezbollah will be proved wrong once the first shipment arrives in the country.
On Sunday, the leader of the European Union declared terror group said that the first vessel carrying the fuel has already departed the Iranian coast. Iran is pressurized under sanctions and many in Lebanon fear that if Hezbollah continues this, the country might also be imposed with sanctions by the United States.
The militant group has already warned the nation about the consequences. Despite Hezbollah claiming to ease tensions in the country, the Prime Minister-designate fears that it will make things worse. He earlier said in an interview that he is against anything that is harming the interest of Lebanon.
However, the Prime Minister also stressed that those who don't want Lebanon to take help from Iran must give an alternative to ease things for the nation, which is economically suffering a lot. The PM did not blame any particular country for the comic conditions in Lebanon but the Hezbollah leader was outspoken enough to name America in the scene.
According to him, the state of the country is all because the US which is trying to take over its affairs and imposing sanctions on Syria made things more difficult for them. Nasrallah further stressed, “Go ahead and give Lebanon an exemption for Iranian gasoline and diesel ... go ahead and give Lebanon an exemption from Caesar.”
Other than this, Nasrallah also asked the top political leaders to form a cabinet as soon as possible so that they can get benefits from different countries that are ready to help the nation.
