“The Boldness of Young Judge Sparks Change in Lebanon”
I want to share something interesting about what I read today. It’s how Lebanese media have been getting out the word of Wafiq Safa the famous Hezbollah security official sending a danger to pass judgment on Tarek Bitar, who is accountable for the Beirut port blast examination. The message, sent through a correspondent, should threaten the adjudicator; nonetheless, he appeared to be unfazed by the force of the gathering not really set in stone to take care of his work and seek after the reality.
For me, Bitar's boldness has given a new catalyst to the Lebanese who appeared, for some time, to have given up to the country's stale circumstance. The mentality of Bitar has energized individuals, from Maronite Patriarch Bechara Boutros Al-Rahi to standard Lebanese in the city, to say where they reject their present circumstance by highlighting that they don’t need a new system but freedom to express themselves. The significant question here is: Will the international community give them a hand?
